What I do
My work has run along three threads of a single career: investing, advising, and governing. Each taught me something about building things that last in Latin America.
As co-founder and managing partner, I invest in Latin American real estate — hospitality, residential, and mixed-use — pairing institutional discipline with deep local knowledge and a focus on impact that lasts.
I founded Prime in 2007 and have advised corporations, families, and institutions on 450+ projects across 22 countries — work that taught me the region market by market.
I serve on boards across education, healthcare, mobility, and hospitality, and help convene the capital, talent, and institutions the region needs — because good governance is the quiet engine of enduring companies.

Most of my time and energy now goes to CREO Capital. Alongside it, I continue to build Prime — and I serve on the boards of institutions shaping the region.
